Article V – MEETINGS
Section 1. Meetings
The annual meeting to conduct business, seminars, and the like, to receive reports and to elect officers, shall be held each year, the exact
date and place to be selected and reported by the Executive Committee. Other meetings may be called when deemed necessary by the
President.
Section 2. Parliamentary Policy
All business meetings of the Association shall be conducted according to Roberts’ Rules of Order.
