ARTICLE VII
AMENDMENTS
These
By-Laws may be altered, rescinded, or amended at any
annual meeting, or a meeting called for that
purpose, provided such proposed
changes and amendments have been presented in
writing, and each member institution has received a
copy of same at least 30 days prior
to the meeting for adoption. Two-thirds (2/3) vote
favoring such changes shall be required.
